How was the foundation started?
Our founder, Christine, was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer. During her treatment, she was gifted five crystal angels that became quiet touchstones of hope. What is the One Million Angels Mission?
The One Million Angels Mission is our heart-driven effort to place one million small, hand-carved quartz crystal angels — each accompanied by a message of support — into the hands of people around the world. Guardian Angels

What are Guardian Angels?
Guardian Angels are hand-carved crystal angel figurines, artisan-crafted from natural quartz and amethyst sourced from Bahia, Brazil. They are available in three individual expressions — the Guardian of Healing (Golden Healer Quartz), the Guardian of Light (Clear Quartz), and the Guardian of Peace (Amethyst) — as well as the Trinity Set, which includes all three.

Are the angels made from real crystals?
Yes. Each Guardian Angel is carved from natural crystal sourced from Brazil — Golden Healer Quartz, Clear Quartz, and Amethyst. Because they are natural stones, each angel is unique in its color, clarity, and character.

What is the difference between the three Guardian Angels?
Each angel is carved from a different type of crystal with its own meaning and energy. The Guardian of Healing is Golden Healer Quartz, known for warmth and restoration. The Guardian of Light is Clear Quartz, associated with clarity, hope, and new beginnings. The Guardian of Peace is Amethyst, symbolizing calm, reflection, and protection.

How much do Guardian Angels cost?
Individual Guardian Angels are priced from $111. The Guardian Angel Trinity Set, which includes all three angels, is $333. All proceeds support the Aspen Angels Foundation One Million Angels Mission. Every individual Guardian Angel purchase funds 9 Angel Mail deliveries, placing angels into the hands of those who need them most. Proceeds from each Trinity Set purchase go directly to the Angel Fund. 

Is a Guardian Angel a good gift for someone facing cancer or illness?

Yes. Each angel arrives in a keepsake bag and ribbon-tied gift box, whether you are keeping it for yourself or gifting to a loved one. No additional wrapping is needed.

Does 100% of the purchase price go to the mission?
Yes. 100% of proceeds from Guardian Angel purchases support the Aspen Angels Foundation One Million Angels Mission.

Angel Mail

What is Angel Mail?
Angel Mail™ is a way to send a small, hand-carved quartz crystal angel — along with a care card noting the sender's name — to someone you love. It is a simple yet meaningful expression of love that travels from one heart to another. Visit the Angel Mail page.

How does Angel Mail work?
Angel Mail flows through two channels. Through our partnerships with care-centered organizations, where angels are placed into hands during moments that call for support. And through our Angel Mail page, where you can request an angel to be sent to someone you love. You can also request one for yourself.

How much does Angel Mail cost?
Angel Mail is free and funded by donations from our network of love. After submitting your request, you will have an opportunity to make a donation — but it is not required. If you feel called, you can keep the love flowing forward for $12.

How long does Angel Mail take to arrive?
When Angel Mail is in flow, angels typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. At times, we may pause briefly to rest and replenish. The Angel Mail page always reflects the current flow status.

Can I send Angel Mail anonymously?
Angel Mail includes a care card noting the name of the sender. If you prefer, you can reach out to us at hello@aspenangelsfoundation.org to discuss your preferences.

The Angel Fund

What is the Angel Fund?
The Angel Fund is a program of Aspen Angels Foundation designed to ease the financial burdens that illness places on individuals and families. It will offer small gifts to help with costs like medical bills, childcare during treatment, transportation, utilities, or other weights that have become too heavy to carry alone. Learn about the Angel Fund.

When does the Angel Fund launch?
The Angel Fund is launching in December 2026. Once established, individuals facing cancer will be able to submit a request for support.

How can I apply for Angel Fund support?
Once the Angel Fund launches in December 2026, a request process will be available. Each request will be reviewed with care, compassion, and confidentiality. Check back on our Angel Fund page for updates as the launch date approaches.

How can I help build the Angel Fund?
You will be able to donate directly through our Donate page. Every gift will support both the One Million Angels Mission and help build the Angel Fund. All donations to Aspen Angels Foundation are tax-deductible.

Shipping, Returns & Donations

Is shipping free?
Yes. All Guardian Angel orders ship free within the United States. Each angel is carefully packaged and gift-wrapped at no extra charge.

What is your return policy?
Returns on Guardian Angel purchases are accepted within 30 days of shipping. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@aspenangelsfoundation.org. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. All donations to Aspen Angels Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our EIN is 41-2429286. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations.

Can I get a refund on a donation?
Because donations support our charitable mission and are immediately allocated to program work, they are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a refund for duplicate donations, accidental amount errors, or processing errors. Contact us within 15 days at hello@aspenangelsfoundation.org.
