1. About Aspen Angels Foundation

Aspen Angels Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity.

Our mission is to provide compassionate support to individuals facing illness through comfort gifts (Angel Mail) and financial assistance programs such as the Angel Fund.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful, charitable, and noncommercial purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts website operations
  • Attempt to access restricted systems or data
  • Misuse forms, donation pages, or Angel Mail requests
  • Copy, distribute, or misuse AAF content without permission

AAF may modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

3. Donations

All donations made to Aspen Angels Foundation are voluntary and tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Processing errors
  • Other exceptional circumstances approved by AAF

4. Angel Mail & Program Access

Angel Mail gifts are offered at no cost to the recipient and are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Program guidelines
  • Request verification
  • Limits to prevent system misuse

AAF may modify or pause programs to ensure fairness and sustainability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the AAF website—including text, images, logos, and materials—is owned by Aspen Angels Foundation and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

AAF provides its website and services “as is.”
