Refund policy

Donations:

All gifts to Aspen Angels Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN: 41-2429286), are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations to the foundation.

Because donations support our charitable mission and are immediately allocated to program work, donations are generally non-refundable. However, Aspen Angels Foundation may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donations
• Accidental donation amount errors
• Processing errors
